Peanut Butter Jelly Yogurt

Simple and easy to make with 3 ingredients, this peanut butter jelly yogurt is a perfect kid-friendly snack, or enjoy it for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • Rice cakes for serving
  • Peanuts for serving
  • Strawberries for serving

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, peanut butter and strawberry jam to create swirls in the yogurt or you can even stir until no lumps remain.
  • Enjoy the mixture on its own or spoon it on top of rice cakes, waffles or oatmeal. Top with peanuts and fresh strawberries, if desired.
