Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, combine the hummus and spices together. Rub the mixture evenly all over the chicken breasts on both sides.
Place the hummus covered chicken on the prepared sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160° F internal temperature. Then broil it for 1-2 minutes, watching it carefully so it doesn't burn.
Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve with a side of couscous and veggies, if desired.
