INGREDIENTS

what you'll need

▢ olive oil ▢ onion ▢ garlic ▢ green lentils ▢ red lentils ▢ tomato sauce ▢ vegetable broth ▢ diced tomatoes ▢ red kidney beans ▢ chili powder ▢ dried oregano ▢ cumin powder ▢ salt

STEP 1

saute

the garlic and onion in oil in the pressure cooker

STEP 2

add

in the rest of the ingredients

STEP 3

stir

to combine until everything is well mixed

STEP 4

cook

on the Beans/Chili function and naturally release before serving

Serve with fresh cilantro, avocados, and any other chili toppings!
