Pomegranate Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

Olive Oil

Pomegranate Molasses

Zaatar

Paprika

Garlic Powder

Oregano

Salt & Pepper

Shallots

Lemon

Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and pat them dry.

STEP 1

Add the ingredients for the marinade.

STEP 2

Mix to coat the chicken fully.

STEP 3

Top with the shallots and sliced lemons and marinate in the fridge for at least half hour.

STEP 4

Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes.

STEP 5

Broil for 3-5 more minutes for a golden-brown color.
