How to Make Vegetable Stock
An Easy Tutorial for Vegetable Stock From Scratch!
What you'll need:
Thyme
Cannellini Beans
Celery
Bay Leaves
Carrots
Rosemary
White Onions
Garlic
Black Peppercorn
Place all your ingredients in a big pot

Add the water, so it covers most of the vegetables
STEP 3
Cover and bring to a simmer for a couple hours
STEP 4
Uncover, remove from heat, and let it cool
STEP 5
Fish out cooked vegetables and beans
STEP 6
Strain the remaining soup through a finer strainer
Now it's ready for soup!
