SHRIMP SUSHI ROLL

EASY DECONSTRUCTED

It's a deconstructed sushi roll!  Sticky sushi rice is stacked with plump creamy sriracha shrimp and avocado. So fresh and light!

INGREDIENTS

▢ cooked shrimp ▢ mayonnaise ▢ sriracha ▢ sushi rice cooked ▢ soy sauce ▢ rice vinegar ▢ small avocado ▢ Salt and pepper ▢ Persian cucumbers diced ▢Cooking spray ▢Toasted sesame seeds for serving

STEP 1

the shrimp with the sriracha and mayonnaise and set aside.

STEP 2

the avocado in a bowl with salt and pepper.

mash

STEP 3

the sushi rice with soy sauce and rice vinegar.

mix

STEP 4

the shrimp inside a 1 cup measuring cup followed by avocado and rice.

layer

STEP 5

the cup over onto a plate...you just made 1 shrimp sushi stack!

Serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds for a lovely light lunch or party appetizer!
