EASTER APPETIZER

Looking a fun appetizer with loads of tangy flavor and bold color? Beet Pickled Eggs are the easy appetizer for Easter and are great on a salad!

INGREDIENTS

▢ cooked beets ▢ hard-boiled eggs  ▢ water  ▢ apple cider vinegar ▢ cane sugar ▢ kosher salt

STEP 1

beets and eggs to a mason jar.

STEP 2

a boiled mixture of the water, vinegar, sugar and salt over the beets and eggs.

after cooling and refrigerate for 24 hours.

How long do pickled eggs keep?

You can keep this easy snack for up to three months in a sealed jar in the fridge but they're ready to eat in 24 hours!
