CREAMY PASTA WITH PEAS

INGREDIENTS

▢ olive oil  ▢ onion   ▢ garlic  ▢ frozen peas ▢ fresh basil leaves ▢ pasta water ▢ fusilli pasta ▢ fresh grated parmesan ▢ salt and black pepper

STEP 1

the onions and garlic in a large skillet until soft.

STEP 2

the peas (save a few!), basil leaves and some reserved pasta water and simmer.

add

STEP 3

the sauce until it's creamy. Tip: this is a great use for an immersion blender!

STEP 4

the cooked pasta to the sauce right in the skillet and season.

add

STEP 5

the pasta and sauce until creamy and add some of the reserved peas.

stir

STEP 6

in some of the reserved pasta water to your desired consistency. Hello creamy pasta!
