What is an unstuffed pepper bowl?

Imagine all the fillings in a stuffed pepper made into a bowl!

It's easier than making stuffed peppers because it takes less time, steps and a quick cleanup!!

The whole recipe bakes in half the time of traditional stuffed peppers!

INGREDIENTS

▢ lean ground beef ▢ green peppers  ▢ onion  ▢ garlic ▢ oregano ▢ salt + black pepper ▢ tomato paste ▢ long grain rice ▢ canned tomatoes ▢ shredded cheddar cheese ▢ parsley

STEP 1

ground beef, chopped peppers, onion, garlic & seasoning in a skillet.

cook

STEP 2

the tomato paste to the cooked meat mixture and saute.

add

STEP 3

in the canned tomatoes, rice and some water. Stir.

pour

STEP 4

the mixture and then cook covered for 20 minutes.

boil

STEP 5

rice after allowing to sit covered for 5 minutes.
