INGREDIENTS

▢  arborio rice ▢ vegetable broth ▢ baby bella mushrooms ▢ olive oil  ▢ yellow onion ▢ garlic ▢ thyme ▢ salt & pepper ▢ frozen peas ▢ parmesan cheese

STEP 1

the rice in vegetable broth for approximately 15 minutes.

STEP 2

the mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet until browned.

cook

STEP 3

the onions and garlic and cook, stirring frequently.

add

STEP 4

the cooked rice and some broth along with the thyme and seasonings and stir.

add

STEP 5

cook

for 15 minutes until the broth is absorbed. Add the rest of the broth, peas and parmesan to finish cooking.
