black beans with fork or potato masher
mash
STEP 2
cooked quinoa, tomato paste, breadcrumbs and all the spices
add
STEP 3
all the ingredients together until well combined
mix
STEP 4
divide mixture into 4 equal parts to form

grill or cook on a pan for a few minutes per side
